Just the week before the Passion of Jesus, the crowds are jubilantly paving the way for Jesus, waving palm branches and laying them on the road before Him. Then the Jews turn on Jesus; and, as Pilate conducts a trial to see which prisoner should be released, shouts of "Crucify Him! Crucify Him!" are directed at Jesus. By His willingness to "do His Father's will," Jesus takes upon his back our healing and upon His body our redemption! God's marvelous plan for mankind unfolds as Jesus goes to the Cross at Golgotha.
